    Timeless Simplicity And Performance:
The Les Paul Junior returns to the classic design that made it relevant, played and loved -- shaping sound across generations and genres of music. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation and brings authenticity back to life. Introduced as an affordable option for students and beginners in 1954, the Les Paul Junior has been embraced by musicians for over 60 years. The single cutaway slab mahogany body, single dogear P-90 pickup, single volume and tone controls all add up to a whole lot of guitar which is greater than the sum of its parts. The fat 50's-style neck profile and wraparound bridge add to the equation for rock solid tone. Available in Tobacco Burst and the new Ebony finish with tortoise shell pickguard.

It's a funny guitar to play. You can produce a huge spectra of sound on this machine. This is my favourite in my arsenal of Gibsons and other stuff.😊

Jim, great job, I love this guitar. Once you said 50’s neck profile, I was in! Kudos to you and the team.

Gibson seems to be making small tweaks to the Originals line but not informing anyone, so just FYI that the Junior initially came out with a 1-ply black pickguard in sunburst only. The SG Jr now has a compensated lightning bar bridge but initially did not. Useful to know if you are buying used.

I thought it was weird his guitar had a 3 ply tortoiseshell pickguard but the sunburst currently has the singly ply black pickguard.

Please do a comparison between the LP Junior and SG Junior, as well as comparing these to the Specials. Thanks. Love this.

Good playing, however it’s very difficult to hear the benefits of the classic LP single P90 Junior, after running it through all that gear……….find a good amp that you like and just plug in , NO PEDALS ..

Yeah, what’s with the multi-ply tortoiseshell pickguard? Also almost looks like a three-color burst...

Liked your demo thankfully you showed us clean tones which really display a guitar's tone. Once gain is on the mix it needlessly colors things to me anyhow. I personally will stay with my G & L ASAT for more tonal variety. I will give your demo a thumbs up👍

Different guitars still have different, and unique qualities with overdrive.

Why is the entire world displaying those Universal Audio units? I think I may have even seen one at the grocery store. What gives? I’ll usually buy anything, but this thing ie strange indeed. Hello?

Why does it have a tortoise guard? It is supposed to be black on the junior.
Did Gibson change the colour this year or is it just this one?

For some odd reason, I can almost always tell when a guitar amplifier isn’t recorded with a microphone. it sounds thin and sterile.
