5:26 context: this was during the first concert in argentina in 2009. it was on march 24th, in the day of Remembrance for Truth and Justice and the anniversary of the last coup d'etat of 1976 where 30,000 people were disappeared, tortured and murdered by the de facto military government, and thousands of teenagers and young adults who hadn't idea of what a gun is were sent to get killed to the islas malvinas war under this coup d'etat too. as an argentinian, i think it's one of the first things that get me into radiohead as a band besides their art. this is what he said:
"we know this is a very important day in Argentina. it marks the 33rd anniversary of the military coup d'état. we want to dedicate the next song to all the victims who suffered, to those who lost their loved ones, to those who were incarcerated and tortured and to those who disappeared" and they played how to disappear completely.

for anyone wondering what did ed talk about in the argentinian concert. The day of that concert was the 33th anyversary of the militar coup in argentina. In this period of time for argentina lots of people who fought for freedom in the streets, and anyone who were openly against the dictatorship was kidnapped by the militaries and dissappear, lots of corpses were then found on the shore of beaches all across argentina (which basically means they put lots of people into planes, then throw them off to the ocean). Radiohead knew this date was somewhat meaningful to argentina so they dedicated "how to disappear completly" in honor to the ones that were kidnapped, specially to the ones their bodies were never find or identified.
