I am so thankful that I am able to help provide for my family and my dad who lives out of state. Growing up poor and hungry all the time, I am thankful every day that I don’t have to worry about that in my adult years - I have an amazing little boy and a supportive husband who encourages me whether I want to work corporate or focus on my small business. Most of all, I am thankful for the health of all the people in my life and for my own health and strength because I know every working mama can relate - being a mom/wife/daughter/sister and working 1 or even 2 jobs makes us all superheroes!

Thank you so much! I have worked with gold leaf a few times! I used a leaf glue that I got at the craft store. It's super easy to work with once you get the hang of it! ❤️

Does the paint chip or wear off any? I've tried making my own milestone rounds, and the paint was having a hard time adhering to the acrylic, without chipping when touched. Do you seal the paint at all? Thanks! I love the video and aesthetic so much!
Thank you! I don't ever have issues with chipping with the brands of paint that I use! I only use Folkart and Valspar paint brands and I seal with Polycrylic! ❤️
I don't know if you answered this, but I'm struggling with wedding fine vinyl. I've tried using the washi setting in default and less and it doesn't work. My Cricut Explore 3 is brand new so it can't be the blade already. Please help 😭
Try using the offset tool on Cricut Design Space! If the font you're using is super thin then use the offset tool to make it a tiny bit thicker and weeding will be so much easier! I hope this helps! ❤️
Do mind sharing which cut settings you use for the dainty thin fonts? I am new to the cricut and I am tearing my designs every time! 😢
I use the premium vinyl cut setting. Try using the offset tool in cricut design space to make the font a tad bit thicker! It really helps! ❤️

Thank you so much EJ! I don't seal the actual acrylic, but I do seal the paint on the back of the acrylic with Polycrylic Clear Gloss! ❤️

what paint do you use on the back of your discs and is the ribbon you thread through the top just part of your packaging, or are they hung up?
I use Folkart or Valspar paint! The ribbon is what the customer uses to hang the tags!
I really enjoy watching work with me videos! Idk why but I really like the pauses where you just explain/talk about things.
If you don't mind me asking, what gold vinyl do you use on those 'reserved' signs? And is it removable or permanent?
I can't seem to find any really nice permanent gold 🥲

Cassie do you have any tips for weeding thinner fonts? Is there a certain vinyl you use? Mine lifts every time 😢
Hi Maddison! I would say to use the offset tool on your vinyl cutting machine! I set it at 0.01 and it makes the font just a touch thicker and much easier to weed! Also, check your blade.. make sure there isn't any stray vinyl stuck to it that may be affecting the cut! You can also reverse weed! I have never done it myself but I have heard lots of people mention it for smaller/thinner fonts!
