    나 몇주전에 인터넷보고 춘장튀겨서 해봤는데 그때 중간불로함 탈까봐ㅋㅋ 근데 가족들이 시켜먹는거보다 맛있다함ㅋㅋㅋ 고기랑 야채가많아서ㅋㅋ

    이거 따라했는데 존맛으로 먹었어요. 춘장 큰숟갈 2개하면 기름 많이 안넣고 튀길 수 있고 양 3인분정도 나와요. 전 양배추대신 배추 밑동부분 넣었는데 맛있었어요:) 백종원씨 감사합니다~

    아무리 황금 레시피라고해서 조리했더만
    황금이나오지않고 맛 만있더군 황금은 언제나오네요 2년째 황금레시피하는중 황금은 나오겠죠

    저도 방송보고 많이 따라 해봤는데 아이미 랑 치킨스톡 꼭 넣어야지 파는 짜장면 맛이 나와요... 안그럼 그냥 집에서 만든 건강한맛 짜장면 맛뿐이 안나요... 생활의 달인이나 뭐 엄청난 고수분들은 어떻게 만드시는지 모르겠는데... 짜장 짬뽕에는 조미료가 정말 필수 인거 같아요... 혹시 정말 맛있는 짜장면이느 짬뽕 영상 아시는 분 댓글 달아주세요 배워서 집에서 해먹게요... 해외라서... 미리 감사합니다

      그래서 여경래나 이연복 쉐프도 짜장에 굴소스 치킨스톡 쓰죠
      근데 굴소스나 치킨스톡이나 레시피보면 원랜 MSG 안들어가 있어요
      공장에서 가공되서 나오는 소스다보니 MSG 들어가 있는거에요

      저정도 까진 쌔진 않지만 제일 쌘 불에 후라이팬에 연기가 날 정도로 달궈서 재료를 볶으면 불 붙어요.
      대신.... 기름튀고 연기나고 불타 오르고 난리남 ㅋ
      그리고 코팅팬 수명 단축은 덤.
