    • @jordandangelo1808

      I think Dave Draper is the blonde bomber and as far as muscle separation and dexter being the best I don’t agree. Flex Wheeler is known to have the best muscle separation of all time. Arnold said it, Chris Aceto, has said it multiple times on heavy muscle radio. Just saying, Look at Wheelers arms where his triceps seperate from his brachials and biceps.

And when he did, he used weight that normal, natural, every day gym-goers use (and strained with it) and yet he looked effing ridiculous. This coming from multiple sources that knew him personally (Chris Aceto, Lee Priest, etc.). If he had Ronnie's or Dorian's mind, he would have been 10x Mr. O.

    No specific order
    1.) Ronnie Coleman for size
    2.) Flex Wheeler shape
    3.) Phill Heath shape and insertions
    4.) Kevin levrone trained only 6 months of the year
    5.) Dorian Yates for his size and density
    6.)Arnold shape and fullness
    7.)Lee Priest arm to waist ratio
    8.)Lee Haney mass and small waist
    9.) Victor Richards size and waist
    10.) Sergio Oliva muscle insertions and size
    11.) Shawn Ray for illusion. To be outwieghed by 50 lbs or so and still look full with such great shape

      you guys only see muscles. what about the bone structure? Priest, Heath, Ray, Wheeler for instance are very narrow across the shoulders and out of proportion; with a shirt on they look like midgets. In my eyes they don't deserve being on this list, not even on the Olympia stage. You're supposed to be as wide as possible on the top while keeping a narrow waist and creating a V taper and an X frame. I know peple who didn't touch a weight in their life and still wider than a lot of those so called bodybuilding legends
      Ruhl, Ramy, Nasser, Cutler, Gunter, these are the true genetic freaks with wide clavicles

    One thing about Yates: People always say that his exceptional conditioning and hard looks was only due to scientific dieting and training. What if he just had superior genetics in that regard? Paper thin skin, all those striations, etc. I think he had freaky genetics, maybe not aesthetic but he looked very "unique". That back was just out of this world... definitely best back and calves ever and his thighs were also super striated and aesthetic. It's not just about different body parts, it's just the whole appearance and Yates looked unique and freakish in very... hmm... exceptional way. Sure Ronnie was even bigger, rounder and was more "complete" but he didn't look as "freaky". I can't really explain it. Cheers... and keep up the good work!

White guys will, 9 times out of ten, have better calves than black guys.

He's a good guy but lazy as shit and makes an appearance in the gym once every 5 months or so because we know the owner and he gets a free membership. When we play basketball all the black guys wear track pants and he wears XXL Nike shorts to show off his massive and impressive calves. Little do people know that this fool don't train calves at all.....He always had them big calves.

      yeah whoever put this list together obviously hasnt looked at anything before 1990 except for the odd popular black and white. Bill Pearly surely should be on the list. Nubret perhaps, definitely arnold, haney and Vince Taylor. to have Ray on there and not Labrada shows where the focus is. Also conspicuously absent is Phil Hernon and Matt Mendenhall - both genetic freaks.

    I had a friend one week in the gym, he looks 10 times better than everyone that’s been in the gym for years. Once he smells the weight, his body get pumped up like crazy. He was genetically gifted.

      I also had a friend who went from 83 kg to 101kg in 12 weeks. He started at about 13 percent body fat to begin with and after 12 weeks was sitting around 7-8 percent. His bench also went from 70kg to 150kg for 8 x 3 sets. Yep no lie, grew though 5 sizes of shirts in this time.

    You don't have to train abs directly to have visible abs. Pull ups, push ups, tricep pull down, squats, lunges, all indirectly work the abs. Pull ups and push ups probably indirectly work abs the most on the ones I mentioned.

    Best genetics for symmetry with size on a frame I've ever seen was the little Egyptian Mohamed Makkawy who probably is lost in this conversation because of this small stature..........but at his peak he was the best I've seen genetically.

    In my opinion levrone should be much higher , he won his first show at the age of 21 i think all natural , he weighed at 208 pounds sliced , later he achieved naturally 245 pounds lean , and in 1993 after the injury trained for 2 months and placed top5 , just insane genetics for growth , once he had a food poisoning and was hardly eating and still gained 4 pounds of lean mass , just unreal .

    • @Tomn8er
      @Tomn8er  7 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      He is unreal but wait for the top 5 then tell me who he should bump off

      I will , also to mention his crazy strenght and athleticism that he had , its just unreal , from powerlifting , sprinting , jumping just unreal. Ronie C better be no1 , cuz he had the best package , even more than Philip Heath

    • @menknurlan
      @menknurlan 7 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      Fitness and Gaming coleman? lol are you for real? Coleman started around the same time as levrone yet didnt come close to the top5 for years. Dont see how he is more genetically gifted than kevin. the only way he could become massive and by upping his drug use to the roof while throwing away his aesthetics and grow a pregnancy gut. kevin on the other hand became a mass monster while keeping aesthetic. Kevin was way more genetically gifted.

    • @kryptonianstrength8461

      Ronie was at the beggining of his career natural , competed in his first mr o naturally , he told with no bs , he told us when he started taking the stuff to , and from the body completeness Ronie is on a bigger level than anyone we have ever seen

      Tomn8er do not tell me phil heath is number 1.altho he should be in top 3 for sure ,just judging by your last shadow pic,im guessing hes gonna be first.i expect to see flex,ronnie,phil,big ramy(why not) and idk who else.
      But like you said,being geneticly gifted can refer to a lot of things.flex imo should be at first spot(altho i might be bias cuz his 93 version is best ever if you ask me).but if the criteria is who has the least flaws,then yea, phil wins most likely.

    It’d be interesting to have a Mr. Olympia show at twice yearly intervals, 6 months OFF, then 6 months ON steroids. The same competitors deciding overall title in the 2nd show ON steroids. That way we see the difference the gear makes and have a measure how much it contributes to their competitive edge.

  • @mihaelevdenic2869
    @mihaelevdenic2869 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    9:10 you can literally see at the middle picture it says he is 21 not 17... and how the hell would you know how much gear any of them used...

    • @kalumander
      @kalumander 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      He didn't say "how much", he simply said the probably used it, and the fact is the absolutely did.
      If you suggest otherwise, it means two things. You are either one of them who uses, but never admits,
      or your knowledge of bodybuilding is nonexistent.

  • @eldsprutandedrake
    @eldsprutandedrake 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Why do the "genetics discussion" always stop at the things discussed here? I mean, the thing Dorian said, his opponents were genetically superior but he out worked them, how is that not genetic? Being of a certain height of having some specific muscle insertion is just as much genetic as having world class discipline and ability to outwork someone.
    "He has better genetics so you have to work harder" is so dumb, the ability to work hard is just as much a genetic feature as anything else. Some people are smarter, more driven, have a higher pain tolerance, more focus etc. That should be in the genetic discussion just as much as easily measurable physical features...

    9:08 I know I’m late to the party but Lee actually didn’t start taking PHDs until the age of 18. And you can see that he was pretty light as well, mostly competing in the under 150lbs class (70kg). On stage footage shows his real size next to other competitors and he wasn’t as huge but his shape and conditioning was above anyone else.

      Easy fix, stop eating shitty, concentrate on eating complex carbs and protein. Eat in a surplus. Or, you can slow down your metabolism by slowly lowering your calories overtime, same thing as dieting. There are no excuses for this not working.
