This hits and hurts. My late sister developed Celiac and lactose intolerance, post cancer treatments for both breast and colon cancers, both of which metastaticised.
She adored dairy, and had just begun "Pickle's Nibbles," baking cookies (using her knickname, which I'd given her as a child). Come May 23rd, 2018, she was 47, mother of two, stepmother to another. She died of complications from her third colon cancer surgery, and chemo. She was my only sister. My little sister. I miss her so much.

So sorry for your loss. I'm still not over my brother and he's been gone longer than we were together. He had brain injury from the abuse received as children and they made a mistake when they diagnosed him as a diabetic in his adulthood instead he was type 1 that rare kind that you find mostly with people of indigenous American background but they gave him type 2 medication A big no-no it messes with the heart. I've never gotten over how the doctors in California didn't treat him properly thought he was schizoid. Luckily he ran back to the state we originally came from and paternal adoptive family that took him to the right doctors who were familiar with this condition that was happening too the local area indigenous people. They ran the proper tests realized he was diabetic got him insulin straightened out and he led a fantastic life until the brain injuries received as a child cropped up as an adult continuing to grow as tumor like problems between the lining of the brain and the skull. I loved him dearly. I will never get over his loss but I have made sure that I live each day for The both of us for what he didn't get to do.

I heard about a case from a family friend who is a nurse, a man came in convinced he had colon cancer. He checked all the boxes for the symptoms, but didn’t have any actual tumors. His undiagnosed celiac’s has gotten bad enough to get to the permanent-damage stage.
My brother also has celiac’s, and lived with pretty severe chronic fatigue for almost a year and a half before diagnosis. He can’t even eat at restaurants because of the possibility of gluten cross-contamination.

Brain injury is a horrible thing for everyone involved. I lost my lady of 8 years to her having a blood clot, and that blood clot despite me immediately doing CPR and the ambulance showing up 3 minutes after she fell, still it took 30 mins of CPR to get her blood pressure and pulse back but it was enough to consider her brain dead. I didnt know what to do when she was in the hospital bed, because the EEG hooked up to her just had nothing but flat lines.. That was the hardest thing for me to ever go through in my entire life. Her physical form was there, i could hold her hand and run my hands through her hair, but as if it was like a car with an empty gas tank, she just was gone at the same time. She was right in front of me, but nowhere at the same time, and i feel for everyone who has had to go through such an event, wether personal experience or a loved one.

BK is a 30 year old man presenting to the ER for nausea and headaches. Earlier that day BK was browsing TH-cam until he saw TH-cam rewind in his recommendations. BK watched it. 4 minutes into the video he felt nausea, headaches, and vomiting. When BK left home to buy lunch. He felt dizzy and finally. He fainted. And was sent to the ER where we are now. BK is suffering from a medical condition called "Hypercringemia". " "Hyper" for high. "Cringe" for cringe. "Emia" for presence in blood. It means high cringe presence in blood. Too much cringe in blood can damage your brain cells and can cause a Hemmorhage. A "Hemmorhage" is where a blood vessel in the brain bursts, And blood escapes from it. If the kidney filters the blood, It can be damaged because of too much cringe and because BK has too much cringe presence in blood, He might have kidney problems. But let's go back to BK's past medical history. BK was diagnosed with "HyperInternetemia". "Hyper" for high. "Internet" for Internet. "Emia" for presence in blood. High internet presence in blood. Which leaves us with the first clue. BK has used too much internet and has become very sensitive. Meaning that any normal Internet video can affect him. But the TH-cam rewind isn't "Normal". A few days later they found a strange spot in BK's skin. This spot is caused by a virus called "Fortnitemyelitis". The question is. What caused him to contract this virus? Exactly. He had contracted it from the TH-cam rewind video. A few days later. BK was transported to another ER where a different team will take care of him. With proper medication and a supportive team. BK was able to make a full recovery and he is free to live a full, happy long life.

It was hard for me to understand that, even though i am very knowledgable on these topics. In the situation it was almost as if i just felt like a helpless child, my whole time with her was me fixing stuff for her and moving stuff out of her "hallway" as she called it, but here i was completely powerless. There seems to be a very strong connection between the intestine and a person's mental health, and there's definitely not enough awareness of this in wide parts of the medical world. When I showed up at the emergeny room with acute abdominal pain, cramping, vomiting and diarrhea, I was misdiagnosed with a panic attack. It later turned out that I had no less than 42 gall stones. Lesson learned: Never eat a plate of dumplings and lentils when you have these, it's bound to make you suffer! And yet the cold sweat and hyperventilating that occured along with the other symptoms were misleading the medical staff. Never had these types of symptoms again after my cholecystectomy (removal of the gall bladder), but if I hadn't been correctly diagnosed by my GP a week after the incident, I might have ended up in psychiatric care.

So sorry you had to deal with that too. I was writhing on the floor of my school clinic in more pain than I’d ever been in before. I had been losing weight because I couldn’t eat. I told them it was my gallbladder and I wanted to know if zofran would help me be able to eat. Clinic marked it down as anxiety, left me on the floor. (same clinic that wouldn’t give me a doctor’s note for choir when I had pneumonia, so I ended up pushing myself too hard and getting it again)
I only had school insurance so I thought I was done for. Then the ACA passed, I qualified, and I was able to go to a different hospital that immediately diagnosed what was wrong, and set me up for a life-saving cholecystectomy. I had lost over 60lbs because I couldn’t eat. The old clinic would have seen my corpse twitching on the ground and wondered if I was worth referring to psychiatric care.

Christian Roio It’s this foul smelling brew of cabbage and Himalayan salt and some other random shit that’s supposed to regrow limbs and cure the big gay but really all it does is give you horrible diarrhea. The creator of this concoction claims that it’s not diarrhea but ‘waterfalls’ and that your body is blasting all of the toxins out of your ass and it’s different from diarrhea because you apparently don’t lose electrolytes, which is not true.
