I love stuffed tomatoes! But I have never seen this preparation with this type of stuffing wrapped in beefsteak. Also the stuffed roast beef heart was very unique! Great dishes!

Lots of GREAT stuffed food comes out of LA... From meat/mudbug pies to stuffed chickens and pork loins to boudin stuffed into everything! I live in the Texas Ark-La-Tex with land off highway 1 in LA in the country I'm moving to someday in the near future. Everything we're cooking around these parts from Cajun to BBQ, Grilling to Mex and smoking and frying is pretty hard to beat anywhere on earth. They really have some of the best looking tomatoes in Azerbaijan..I grow all kinds but that smaller variety that's a deep deep red he uses a lot I want to get my hands on. All their produce looks great. Very rich soil and a nice climate. A blessed region... Wonder what that white stuff was he mixed into the meat in the country wok? Looked like a bread but I figured some yogurt too. Anyway, was kinda distracted at that part. Been watching a couple years now, always relaxing.

Absolutely Beautiful outdoor kitchen set up not to mention the incredible landscape & piece of property/land! Not to mention the delicious food you're regularly preparing, cooking and then sharing with all the kids ect! Do you ever go hunting or fishing for any of the meat sources you use in your recipes ect? If so that'd be awesome to see the whole process from hunting/fishing to sitting down sharing & eating it
Watch his old videos for fishing in snow and rivers he made a transparent plastic tent where he camped twice in high-up mountains and he gets his meat from local villagers market hunt for fruits and veggies videos awesome 👍

If he does fish, trap or hunt at all it's be cool to see the process from start to finish & see what he does to use as much as possible off the fish, bird or animal. Getting to see the process for butchering & getting as much meat, organs & useable bones as possible then also what he does/uses to preserve what isn't being used right away. I hunt & fish myself so seeing other people's processes from around the world is interesting to me, especially when they're as good of a cook as he is & has the type of outdoor kitchen set up that he does.

I have never seen stuffed tomatoes prepared this way but they look delicious and judging by the looks on the children’s faces they agreed! The chef never fails to keep it interesting with his creativity in the variety of dishes and cooking techniques. Love it! Love Mickey too! One of my favorite parts of each video is when Chef makes his tea in the samovar. I occasionally have tea with my animals, too, though it's usually just my dog! I gotta up my game and start having tea with goats! :)

Absolutely Beautiful outdoor kitchen set up not to mention the incredible landscape & piece of property/land! Not to mention the delicious food you're regularly preparing, cooking and then sharing with all the kids ect! Do you ever go hunting or fishing for any of the meat sources you use in your recipes ect? If so that'd be awesome to see the whole process from hunting/fishing to sitting down sharing & eating it
Watch his old videos for fishing in snow and rivers he made a transparent plastic tent where he camped twice in high-up mountains and he gets his meat from local villagers market hunt for fruits and veggies videos awesome 👍

If he does fish, trap or hunt at all it's be cool to see the process from start to finish & see what he does to use as much as possible off the fish, bird or animal. Getting to see the process for butchering & getting as much meat, organs & useable bones as possible then also what he does/uses to preserve what isn't being used right away. I hunt & fish myself so seeing other people's processes from around the world is interesting to me, especially when they're as good of a cook as he is & has the type of outdoor kitchen set up that he does.

I have never seen stuffed tomatoes prepared this way but they look delicious and judging by the looks on the children’s faces they agreed! The chef never fails to keep it interesting with his creativity in the variety of dishes and cooking techniques. Love it! Love Mickey too! He has atrocious table manners but it is fun to see him enjoying his treats! 👁♥️ 🐐

One of my favorite parts of each video is when Chef makes his tea in the samovar. I occasionally have tea with my animals, too, though it's usually just my dog! I gotta up my game and start having tea with goats! :)
