Window AC Leakage Test And Repair ! Evaporator
Hi Friends,
I am Ismail Khan and all of you are most welcome in my TH-cam Channel Ideal For Technical
In this video I have Explained about cooling coil leakage testing and repair of window AC.
When we found any secretion of oil from cooling coil or condenser coil of window AC it means there is the leakage in it.
Oil secretion from any coil means leakage it is either window AC, split AC or any other AC
Some times we may not identify minor leakage of coil by soap solution so we check the leakage easily as explained in this video.
We have removed the cooling coil from AC step by step and filled the pressure about 250 psi.
We dipped the coil in clean water to identify the leakage and by this process we have seen bubbles coming out from coil clearly.
You can see all procedure in this video and learn it easily.
By this video everyone can check the leakage of any coil of any AC such as inverter AC, HVAC, Split AC, Package AC, Plant AC or Chiller Plant.
By this video everyone can learn how to find the leakage of cooling coil, Evaporator coil

Kya bhai ham r32 vale inverter split ac me likej chek karneke liye dusre fridge ke compressor se pressure testing karsatehe koi hadsatho nahi hoga

Bhai voltas WAC 183 DYa hai aur bahut problem de raha hai service bhi karai pcb check karaya, capacitor bhi change Kiya, gas refill aur fan motor change Kara di lekin fir bhi 7-8 ghante Chalke band ho jata hai, display indicator cool pe stable rehta hai fan chalta hai but speed Kam hoti hai problem hai ki compressor band ho raha hai temprature display par 00 show hota hai .
Please share kya problem hai aur solution kaise milega

Fan motor ki speed agar kam hai to iske capacitor ko change kijiye kyunki fan ki speed Kam hone se condensation ki problem ho rahi hogi jis wajah se head pressure badh jata hai aur Compressor trip ho jata hai
