Phil and April will always be my TV parents haha. Gotta love both of them.
"We're saving all the good grass so we can put it back and noone will even notice" that made me laugh so hard. 😆
0:56 "bye-bye camera! WAHOO! :D" i love phil lmao
major props to him and april for their patience with their son's nonsense 😂 i can't help but feel a little bad watching this as an adult but it's still hilarious
His dad is so resilient that he can just WHALE on him and he always acts like barely anything happened. His dad, that man, is a beast that loves his kid.
To be honest at that point the most loving thing to do as a parent was to beat him up straight. Otherwise life puts everyone in his place.
@@pepincuatro2865 Agreed. I wouldn't be able to resist kicking his ass. lol
Phil is such a good sport lol
literally a saint tbh, this is "funny" and entertaining because its on video. I loved this shit years ago when i was a teen, but jesus. Watching this shit now is depressing. Imagine your son literally picking on you and punching you and doing horrible shit to you, just for content.
@@razorbacks9034 i mean, they are listed as cast members and i think they got paid alot
@@jorgenschroen5440 That's not how it works...
Why are you digging a hole?
Nostalgia 🤣🤣🤣
Imagine if Phil actually had decked Bam when he was younger. Perhaps things wouldn’t have been so tragic.
He probably did, and that's why he put up with everything
@@Trevor_M_F lmao
What the actual fuck is this logic. Somehow abuse FIXES problems now?
Actually behind all of the chaos and hell he put his parents through in Jackass and Viva La Bam he actually was close with his parents, it wasn't until after Viva la bam where things started going downhill.
By all accounts Phil did beat on Bam pretty bad when he was a kid. That's probably why he started attacking Phil once he was supporting the family and Phil was basically his employee-----his way of saying "I'm the big man now".
0:45 always loved his little quote right there before that beat down LOL
Me too🤣
The plunger wake up Had me dying Back in the day and it still does😂💀
0:17
"What the hell was that?"
Sounds like Peter Griffin 😂
The toilet slapping scene will forever be funny as hell to me
I hope this guy gets the help he really needs, and don’t end up like his best friend! Rip🙏Ryan Dunn
The last clip was sad, the way Bam reacted by punching Phil in the head over a joke was toxic
It actually made me lol pretty hard... bam is a spaz but obviously this family loved one another.... they got rich off bams antics at least. Phil was a good sport and didnt mind letting his son kick his ass
Yeah that aggression he had and at the beginning attacking him wasn't cool
I mean I'm sure Phil played rough with him as a kid. He must be okay with it to let it go on video, plus the hits sounded kind of muffled. Sure he shouldn't hit him in the face but the fucking hits on his back were funny
Toxic is the right word. There was probably at least one kid at school that Bam made their lives a misery.
Those 2 punches were very soft.
2021: Hi I’m Bam Margera and I’ve officially turned into my uncle Vito
Bam's dad was never a pathetic alcoholic/drug addict
@@MrJabez89 Phil loved his alcohol back on the day
Seeing this now all grown vs as a kid is so different. I feel kinda bad for phil but man, back in the day I would be busting out laughing lmao
This feels nostalgic af, seeing Dunn that young still makes you fell a bit sad.
Seeing these guys this young gets me pretty emotional. 37 here. What a time to be 17. 1999 was such a great time. End of an era.
Great times 33 here now
This was way funnier when I was younger, now I just feel bad for Phil...
At the end when he tackles his son, and then bam starts punching Phil in the side of the head, killed the humour,
Back when MTV had good stuff on tv
MTV in the early 2000s was still very watchable lol
@@jdog34505 this is from 2003-2005
@@gunterification no, jackass was on tv from 2000-2002. Viva la bam was 2003-2005

Pffff😂
When he painted the bananas blue
That was the greatest
They painted EVERYTHING blue 🤣🤣
It’s funny how Bam throws a lot of paper at phil while he was working 0:34 talk about a um you got more paper work to do
I don't know if I'm the only one, but there's this East Coast US winter vibe, like in September, October, early December, that has always fascinated me in videos, especially skate videos or Jackass. That 90s teenage metal vibe, with barely any internet, just enough to watch the few rare videos that were available. The 90s will undeniably remain the best era for teenagers for the next 100 years, I think.
sad to see where Bam is right now with his life. His story is a tragic one
What happened ?
Well watching the show you could kinda tell it wasn’t gonna go well for him in life, he earned a buttload of money at an early age, he had parents who enabled him, didn’t seem to hold him to any standard of behaviour, he treated them like crap and they never told him ENOUGH, they were only concerned about the money his antics were bringing. Bam has no respect for anyone and is used to being king of the castle, even now he doesn’t take any responsibility for his problems, he always tries to blame them on someone else.
@@shaftyyy1894 Just check his Instagram
He had everything he wanted very young.
The man is fading away slow.
@@negativecake5809 He use to constantly blames Ryan Dunn death with his alcoholic and drugs problems and how Ryan Dunns death is what make him go through all those bad moments, wich in a kind of way yeah its true but also kind of bullshit since mostly adicts and assholes that cant control and put some fucking order on their lifes usually blame a tragic success to justify their actions, good to see him back in the sadle and being more you know behave, but yeah Bam was an asshole now he is cool i guess.
I love Bam's Mom and the way she decorates her house. She is awesome. I always felt bad for Bam's Dad.
I was always atracted to her as a teen, still am, and im nearly 40yo.
Seeing news today about Bam made me miss watching him and his dad. This was the best part of jackass for me. His dad always smiled after getting his ass kicked lol
Man Phil really loved Bam, he was always smiling when he could and accepted the pranks as they were.
God Bless his parents, Phil is awesome and April's reactions are adorable
Phil looks like one of the most cool dad i'v ever seen. Hopes bam turn in that way one Day with sober statuts.
Mowing his lawn every wednesday, damn that's an american dream.
I love April she's so sweet 😊
A friend of the family used to work with Bam and apparently April complains that much off camera too
Well yeah she's rich😂
I just realized that Bam today is the same age as Phil is in this compilation. Bam had literally transformed into Phil.
0:06 your demons waking you up at night to bother you
"I feel like kicking my dad's ass all day today" What a feeling 😂
Poor Phil, guy is such a good sport! He never gets mad! I admire Bams dad!😌
Karma hit Bam hard just like he threw that pie in Phil’s face.
2 pies...✌️
That’s why it’s extra rough
I'm almost 42, drinking a margarita, kids in bed, watching this remembering the good times :) lol, this still cracks me up! Seeing Bam so young reminds me that I was once young and look at baby Ryan, my son is their age now lol
Phil calling April “Boo” while laying across the bed, while on a landline phone is exactly what I needed today.
He said "boof" for his sister. I remember that vividly because bam dove off the wall and slammed onto Phil hard as fuck
Man this seems like a lifetime ago!
It kinda has been a lifetime lol
dave Mustaki make it 4
It was.
Different times for sure

You can tell bam got butt hurt when his dad tackled him. Love that sound bam makes when says his dad is sleeping sideways.
Honestly, I remember how I felt sorry for Bam's dad. That guy has always been extremely kind, I think
