I started living there in the Doughboy Inn in 81. Fir st in 82-86. Kennedy courts in 86-89 Hung out at the bowling alley and bagged groceries at the commissary Also hung out in Wrightstown and browns mills. I also delivered the newspaper to the houses on Ft. Dix during those years
Took basic twice at Dix 56 & 63. Both times in 3d Training Regiment. Then AIT (grunt) on main post before OCS and jump school at Benning. After that, I was lean and mean!,
I recall the ww2 hospital at fort dix 1977 done because of bulldozers. The railroad with medical care and flags in 1970. Did they sing vietnam vietnam at fort dix like we did in fort Polk la in 1970 yours truly Evans w robinson sgt ret

Army guy here, Fort Dix. 1966 thru 1969. In loved it, entered as Pvt, left the Army , I hated President Johnson, and liberals, go to war to win it, or never go to war, 3 years I left the Army as an officer. My 3 years was guarding the White House, I never went war, I did not lose a limb or a eye. I HATE Liberals, TRUMP 2020 ...no I am.. I am just a old guy, who loves America, open borders? no police? no military? higher taxes? Go Figure.
