He told me to F off, that he never wanted to see me again, I almost committed suicide that night. But, it was a turning point in my life, I decided then, and there not to give a damn what anyone thought, and I have been happily married to the same guy for almost 35 years now. That’s the power of music!!! and by the way, incredible vocals!
As someone who has listened to James Ingram's original literally 1000 times, I can honestly say that this is hands down the absolute best cover version of this song I have ever heard-and it's not even close. Well done.
Also every cover you do is perfect. Phil Collins, Micheal Jackson 3 artists that you cannot mess up their songs and you perform them and do them justice. I cry when I hear certain songs and you made me cry just like the originals. I'm a fan sir.

There's people that lazily choose and record covers, and then there's people on another like Clemens, where they choose a beautiful song and kill the production. I can't say enough about this cover. There are parts of this cover that I enjoy as much as the original Quincy recording with James Ingram.

I love the original version and the guitar cover of Kent Nashimura of just once. However, this one is my favorite cover of this song! And I can listen to it all day long! Crisp bass line, keyboard/piano background, exact drum line and the voice is just right! Sweet!
