    Thank you for a clear and understandable demonstration of the unit for those of us who are somewhat new to acoustic guitar effects.

      @@MegaMusicOnline hi! Is it possible to erase last loop if you are not satisfied? Or you need to delete whole loop? Also, is it possible to use delay footswich to turn on/off chorus?

    Thank you for demonstrating how to use this a looper; it's the only video I could find with this! Cheers!

    Great review. I was going to get all these boss pedals separately but will get this on the strength of your review.

    Now that I've taken the time to learn all the inner operations (lockdown!), this unit has performed EXCEPTIONALLY for me. I run my two new Furch guitars...equipped with K & K Pure mini and Journey EP001K transducers to great effect.

    Very useful introduction to this pedal which I just bought from my local music store in Newcastle upon Tyne UK. Thanks a lot.

    What I have found is the factory presets are all I really need. I may click different affects on, I always utilize the awesome and I mean awesome Compressor (on factory presets that for some reason don't utilize it), but overall, I just don't see any need at all to try to get crazy with my own patches created literally from scratch. I have a Godin XTSA, running the 13 Pin into a GR-55, then I run my quarter inch out of the Electric/Acoustic Jack into the AD-10. I run my GR-55 out through a Radial JDI then XLR up to the booth. I XLR out of the AD-10 (which is in & of itself a DI) up to the Booth. Our system is mono at the church. I have the 2 separate channels (one for the GR-55, one for the AD-10) merged into one in ear monitor channel one the stage. They trust my ability to mix myself, so they leave everything alone on my 2 channels on the board and allow me to sculpt my own sound. What's really interesting is I find the AD-10 with the XTSA can achieve a very warm clean electric Jazz sound. I'm only 2 weeks in to the AD-10, but this thing, used in conjunction with the GR-55, allows me to really fill up the air. Now it's up to me to make sure I fill it with good air.

      Thanks - glad you're putting it to good use. Yeah, the compressor is really good, I wouldn't go back into live performance again without something like that.

    • @garyclements6946
      @garyclements6946 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do all my own patches on my GR-55 from scratch (I get some ideas from the factory presets, but I just don't like them as much as my own), but Acoustic, by it's nature, isn't in need of tons of different sounds. I'm perfectly happy with the 10 presets. By the way, out of all the reviews, I chose yours to learn this great little product. Your video took the exact amount of time it needed. 14 minutes is all you need for this product.

      Thanks Sam. I'm tending to favour more in-depth 'how-to' vids these days that give people a good idea of what these products do and how to use them. I think that's a helpful way to go. If you're an Aussie, contact Mega Music and we'll help you out.

    Nice one mate, thanks for this video, very helpful! I like this pedal a lot... have to get me one soon! :) Does the looper not have an undo/redo option!? Having an undo/redo is a pretty important feature for a loop pedal... especially if you plan to do any looping on stage in front of an audience! Otherwise it's a great extra added feature for practice purposes I suppose!...Thanks again!

    Nice review, but if that is a Maton guitar i think i never heard a thinner sound through the AP5 or AP5 Pro!?😇 I like the pedal, the size, the features but if it makes my guitar sound that thin i'm not that sure I will buy it… Looking at your EQ you should have way more lows or is it the resonance control? But like I said, a nice review and the sound is just my own preference...

    Nice review! How to control the chorus effect since there is no footswitch? Only by the tiny button over there? It is possible to have delay and chorus at the same time? Thanks!

    • @MegaMusicOnline
      @MegaMusicOnline  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks - yes you can run chorus and delay but unlike delay, chorus is not switchable, you'd include it as one of your preset sounds and if you wanted a different non-chorus preset, you'd make that a new preset.

    Hi friends, I have a question; I bought the ad-10 and when I turn off the unit, the screen remains turn on and continuing showing the letters ad/By alternatively and continue flashing, is normal?. Maybe this is not the correct place for this question, but I search information and I don't find it.

    You have to use two feet to get the presets to activate. Seriously. Ugh... it all seemed so amazing.

    • @djffe8597
      @djffe8597 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think 2 feet is required to change modes not presets.

    • @garyclements6946
      @garyclements6946 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      One foot can cover both pedals pretty easy unless you have really small feet, then you will need to purchase 1 right clown shoe.

    if you have a good ac guitar you can have really good or better sound than this. if you know hot to use chorus-delay-reverb. evn guitar rig 5 gives the same sound. sales strategy nothing more. because there are tons of things going on behind wwhat we see.(mixing editting etc)
