I like to replace the word forgive with the word release. Release is a better description of what the process is. Forgive gets confusing, it sounds like saying it was okay that they did what they did. And it is not acceptable to hurt someone. Release sounds more like accepting that it happened and letting go the emotions that resulted from the pain.

I agree! Release is more appropriate if for you forgiveness has the meaning of acceptance; however, it all depends on the interpretation that the person in question gives to it. To me forgiveness has never meant that I should condone hurtful and mean spirited actions and behaviors toward any being. Forgiveness to me is about understanding the level of consciousness of the person who committed the hurtful action, and then release it without condoning it, but without personal attachments or victimization. I know I have not truly forgiven until all of it sinks in my heart. Not easy!
This feels more right to me than forgiving cause it did not feel right to me once so ever just to ignore all of pain to blindly forgive all of those horrible things releasing does make more sense in my heart than forgiveness I know it is very important and all but in this case I think it is a release the pain rather then just forget about it and forgive it felt super insensitive to me for some reason it felt so cold and it has major toxic positivity energy didn't like it one bit
Forgiveness is for you, not them. If you choose only to release in the way these other replies describe is, to me, to still reserve the right to judge, scorn and take back victimhood. Forgiveness does not mean you condone behaviors not does it mean that personal boundaries are dissolved, since it is more for the self but by forgiving someone you also release your judgement of that person as a whole which spiritually removes barriers to love and opens up more expansion of our universal experience.

Well thanks D, I picked the sacral I just learned two weeks ago that my sacral has been blocked for almost 20 years. I heard this from two different mediums back to back days, it was incredible. My sacral Has been unblocked and seeing Levines is very common in my life and I asked for signs from spirit/the universe and get things sometimes immediately.Last week I was on a bike ride and I said out loud I’d really like to find a feather on my bike ride, needless to say I didn’t find any further the next day I went out I found to the day after I found another and so forth in six days I found seven feathers so I know that they listen and I know that they give me signs it’s pretty incredible

Throat chakra for me. The person is my daughter. Shes a close lovey person and im not a fan of being touched or hugged for long. I feel bad because its my child and i love her to death. I cant quite verbalize to her my issue but she is 13 now and understands passively. What Spirit told you is so true, I have had similar experiences myself where people around me would act according to whatever I was holding onto within me. That's why I always make a conscious effort now to listen to TH-cam affirmations or meditations as you mentioned. Not only are they healing but they have helped me to transform my life into something I have always dreamt of.
3rd eye pile 6 & 7, I woke up from a dream and had to block someone from my social media at 4:30am and went back to bed. That’s super strange for me to do...it was a past person who has hurt me. The only person I’ve ever blocked.
