@@connorkwan2112 Former world champion Vladimir Kramnik kinda lost his mind and recently started accusing lots of people cheating, including multiple titled players and kids.
Levy is basically saying, if his opponent had found the engine move, he would’ve called Kramnik to report them cheating

It isn't surprising. This is a closed tournament pretty much designed for lower rated players to get GM norms just like Mishra did. FIDE really shouldn't allow these tournaments to give norms.

It would be cool to show a checklist of what you need to become a GM in each of these Road to GM videos. Including what this tournament would achieve (eg obviously rating points, but will this tournament get you a GM norm if you win/place/whatever?). And you can tick them off as you go. Currently I have no idea what the significance of this tournament is, or what your progress is, other than that you are returning to chess after a long layoff

I'm beginning to realize how important practicality is in these really complicated games. Like it's very easy to fall into "this is an interesting line" when playing my games, but beginning to learn how good it is to simplify positions and consolidate when necessary (even if those particular lines aren't "engine" preferred).
I like these personal recaps best.
