  • Interior design expert Sarah Richardson is helping Shelagh renovate the master bathroom in her private island house. She has 10 days to design, order, build and install everything. Is a new vanity, free-standing bathtub, new floor tiles, and new giant shower too much to finish within the time frame? Design Inc S4 E10

I just love this woman's style. I've watched her show for some time. Those clothes show the style she has in renovating as well.

Large stand-alone showers only became on trend, popular, in much demand, within the last few years. We used to actually find giant, or even large stand-alone showers a bit tacky? Conspicuous consumption-like?
I know; taste is a fickle thing. Styles, trends are hot or cold, + sometimes rather sudden.
Total crush on this tiler of Sarah's; always happy to see him.

I wonder what year this was filmed? I do not get the waste footage of a separate shower/tub. That tub in that large airy space would be CHILLY in 5ive minutes. What looks luxurious and what is FUNCTIONAL is just not the same thing. Bet they are sorry for the glass tile about now.

I love the glass tile! It’s beautiful and timeless, and is easy to clean.

Nobody over 125 lbs can use that shower. It's so tight and tiny. If the average size person wants to turn around they gotta step out of the shower and step back in. I do not like that all 3 sides in that shower have a different tile (glass, pebble, and subway). I am also not a fan of that 7' cabinet greeting you the minute you step into the bathroom. It's pretty overpowering. > > The spelling of Shelagh. Can we discuss?
