I live 2 miles from it and never even realized it was abandoned until recently!!! It was pretty amazing when we finally went in!!! Quite the structure!!!

That's amazing. I wonder if they ended up doing any renovating on the inside or just decided it wasn't worth it. If they tear it down that will be a shame. I love seeing churches wherever we go, they're just so beautiful. But I've never seen a church built like this one that's for sure! They moved the church next door I think?

It's unfortunate because the more people we see go in there in their videos, the more we see it vandalized. People spray painted the bible and threw things all around. Sad.

Pretty strange building, looks like an Aztec throwback where you would have sacrifices. Crazy cool place with way too much dead space inside.
