Try a different protein every day. Mix it up with the different salsas swap out different beans and corn. Burrito one day, taco another, rice bowl, nacho. This could work but sodium overload for sure and I feel like it’s not as calorie dense so the portions will probably be larger. I’m on board for this video.

I've done this before many times (depression not an experiment lol) and it's hard to describe how you feel. The worst thing is how your stomach feels, I try to eat better purely just for the sake of not being in pain or shitting liquid multiple times a day

What's the point of eating it all in one sitting anyway? He's not getting the protein he needs, he can't absorb it all. Not only that but intermittent fasting is typically an 8 hour window where you can eat and 16 where you can't.

I eat 2000 a meal lets be real the sauce the meals included chips and shake bring in 1400 for a medium so a large be 2000 easily.

He exercised a ton also everybody's metabolism is different. I can eat far less calories and get bloated easily.
I’m 150 lbs 5’9 and run a 10k a day I could easily eat this I’d feel like shit but if you actively work out every day your metabolism is going now the beans and ranch on nuggets is a bit much 😂😂

I'm currently struggling with avoiding relapse and i often come to your videos for a fun more enjoyable outlook on food but always wonder how you've gotten to such a good place with food.

I eat like this and I have one of the best blood pressure my doctor has ever seen. I'm active as I work out 5 days a week. I weigh, on average, 153 pounds. This guy biked 65 plus miles a day as he stated he put in 450 plus miles on the 7 day challenge.
