Hi Parul ji.. I tried this recipe today.. Taste was good.. But I made a mistake while grinding the peanuts.. In last round I forgot to use pulse mode and I made the powder by using grinding mode. And it was very obvious that peanuts released the oil. However I continued the process. In looks it was perfect but I wasn't able to cut the katli properly because it was little sticky because of the oil the peanuts released.. Then I thought of a trick.. I again collected all the dough and added three - four tbls of milk powder in the dough on the polythene sheet only.. And the result was amazing.. Milk powder absorbed all the oil and katli was more delicious and more beautiful that earlier.. I'm not able to add picture of my katli here other wise you could have seen the texture of the katli. I did not add silver paper because I don't like it.. Thanks for the yummy recipe

@@kevinmuthu2063 I served this sweet for my guests who visited us on diwali.. Few ate it assuming that it was kaju katli and few could tell that there was something different in taste but they could not know that it was made from peanut. So I would say that this sweet definitely needs a big thumps up from me. Though I knew it was peanut katli still I liked it very much.. And the reason for that rich taste was that extra milk powder which I added to adjust the consistency of the dough. This👍goes to parul.. She deserves it
