Set an alarm for 5 hours and sleep. When the alarm goes off, dismiss it and close your eyes, while you are drifting back to sleep try to see colors, and when you can see colors with your eyes closed, try to imagine a scene, grassy field, a beach, anything, sometimes an image other than what you were thinking of will start to form, when that happens focus on the image trying to appear. When the scene is clear imagine you are being absorbed into the scene and going to that place.

That's something I would hope all who have any means of power by fame or anything. But, I would argue the point that at the same time. Don't change yourself, change your meaning. Like a joke meaning to intentionally harm replaced with the same concept, a "joke" but instead meaning to pass on more of a positive feel for anytime it is deemed appropriate.
