Had to make one last week for my all grain. Pulled up your Wheated bourbon video and free handed it. The mixer paddle I could only find at Lowes. Everything worked great! I had a pre-made electrical controller for my T500 still so I just used that to adjust the speed of my drill. :-) See you on MEWE!!
I was thinking something very similar that the switch should be a fan control since it’s controlling a motor and not a light switch. However, since I’m not an electrician, could you please explain the difference on why you would use a brushed motor as a post to a brushless
Can your analyze go bad or get to old to use I just did not get the results I was expecting I was doing a all grain mash. did end up spares and did get a gravity out it 1.085.

I have a drill just like that for my hand grinder that I hook the drill up to to grind my corn. So this is a no brainer for sure. 👍
