  • We got our first delivery of the new F-ONE foil Seven Seas and took it for a spin in Läjet Varberg Sweden.
Super versatile foil with allot of speed and glide but also really fun to do turns with. The fences on the foil gave allot of grip and control in the turns.
update after a few more sessions
We have tested the Seven Seas 1000 -1200 few times now it is somewhere between the Eagle and the Phantom.
I really like the 1200 for smaller waves. I have also been swapping the Stab to the DW-210 HM Stab and it works so well. It makes the foil much faster, more glide and still really fun to turn. I would say amust to have both the DW and the 250 fence Stab for this foil.
You will Love the seven seas. Super easy to use, stable and fun but fast with a lot of glide more versatile than the eagle for a lot more different conditions.

Wow does that room actually exists, full of F1 foils.Going to wait till your a good few sessions in on there new range and then fire some questions in! I’ve been using the phantoms for a while and definitely keen to explore the seven seas and eagle!

Looking forward to getting a Seven Seas. I'm 90kg too. I was going to get the 1400 for light winds thinking I would get more glide on small bumps but worried it won't be loose enough on the turns. Would love to hear a comparison if you get a chance to try the 1400

Hi mate the 1000 is also a really fun Wing with speed and glide. I Will use it in wind from 20-25 knots in mellow waves and downwind. if the wind strong or the waves Are Big the Phantom S 940 is the option for me. So there is definatley a Windows for Both foils 😊

Thanks man! I’m 73kg so I think the lighter wind option (from 13-14 knots) would also be the 1000 for me… Also when there is more wind but no waves (depending on the wind direction here) it will be good for bumps farther out I reckon… 1200 might be a little too big for me I suppose. Cheers man! 👍🏻

Hi do you think Seven sea could ne use for prone foil in weak waves ?

How does the Seven seas compare to the Phantom powerwise? I use the Phantom S 740, 940 and Phantom 1080, 1280 and 1480 and really like the feel of the smaller foils, but for riding my local lake chops the 1480 is the foil to use as its slow & powerful enough to get pushed even by the wind chops (im 95kg). Interested in the 1200 or 1400 for light wind winging, dock-starting and surfing the chop (for which I mainly use the 1480 now), but am afraid the stall speed might be too low.

@@surfskolancrew205 thanks for the reply! What I meant was that I'm afraid the stall speed is too HIGH for surfing our local lake chops, you think thats okay with the seven seas?

I think you should go for the 1400 seven seas if it is mainly for low wind the glide is so good and you can go slow as well on the bigger sizes Seven seas it just glides so much more that the phantom 🤙🏽
