Yes basically the boss or the owner goes to the place of work as an undercover. They go in as a new employee. The goal is to find the corruption in the company and to find a better environment for the employees and customers. At the end the boss confronts everyone. Some people get fired others get bonuses.
7 minutes to clean a plane with some 100 seats, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette area, over-storage cabinets and vacuuming the floor, with a 5-member-team only allows them to past a rag over the main surfaces and quicky the rest. This is a deservice to all passengers and it forces employees to contribute to it. Not ethical. I hope the undercover boss sees this.
I have been yelled at at work that is not being Yelled at She was sweet and nice and just trying to hurry you up cause you only got 7 minutes
If you only give 7 minutes to clean the plane, then what else is this woman supposed to do!!! She is doing the best with what is given to her.
That's not being yelled at she is motivating him to get the job done in time. 🤠🤠🤠
Hey i mean, she seems like a good employee doing what she can with limited time.
lmao this gives me Starkiller vibes. "I'm gonna need you to rewire the calcinator so I can have my muffin Matt!" 🤣🤣🤣
It's funny seeing bosses realize the bullshit they put their employees thru
For the disrespectful public who turn on flight attendants as if they are responsible for anything more than your safety.
7 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to give them to clean a plane. 15 minutes would be a good minimum amount of time.
Some jobs are like being in the army. Hard, extremely physical, and a drill sergeant barking in your face.
get it in got me
Is this a training? So he learns how to do it all by himself
