Acheron, Boothill, Firefly and now Fexiao. basically straight up throws that mechanic.. which in my opinion kinda sucks. Since people now doesn't strategize as much and now just brute force through everything.

And you've gotta consider the time after 1-2 patches when some feixiao team buffs will be removed from the content and buff for another teams will be enabled. That's where you'll face problem with your f2p team

I didn’t watch the livestream for this patch, so I had no idea the banner would be multiple characters. I literally gasped since I could finally get Kafka and Black Swan without waiting months or years! It’s such a good idea, I hope they do this again with others.
This banner repetition style is more for whales than f2p or low spenders... thankfully, I already have my DoT team setup, otherwise I'd be in a real pickle lol

They did something similar last year for v1.5 this isn’t going to be an “every patch” thing going forward. The next phase is literally just back to business as usual with Lingsha & another rerun. It’s still cool tho. I got Feixao & Robin in 80 pulls and I still have enough for Lingsha so I’m happy lol
March and Feixiao have *insane* synergy, and I have no regrets pulling my general first. Going after Robin and Feixiao’s S1 next, but even if I don’t win Robin I definitely want Feixiao’s LC… just because there’s so few good unlimited light cones for Hunt.
This patch has probably been my luckiest, took me 70 pulls to get fex, nothing unusual, then I decided to pull for robin since she good on the team. First 10 pulls, Clara. Not super happy, but a 5 star in the first 10 ain't too bad. Pull another 10, Robin. Decide to spend the rest of my pulls on fex's card, got it in like 30-40 pulls. All in all, I ended up getting 4 whole 5 stars in like 150 pulls total. I'd say that's pretty damn good, and I didn't even have to spend a dime
Even if they are on par, they will fill different niches anyway so you'll want both. It's the same as RM and Robin where they're equally OP in a lot of team comps but each specialize in something specific as well like RM for Super Break and Robin for FuA. TLDR; Just get all the harmonies.

I have Kafka(release), Robin(release) and just got Black Swan. Although, getting Black Swan was bitter sweet cause I was less than a 10 pull away from a possible Jiaoqiu upon realisation. However, I have my doubt on winning another 50/50 so I'm just gonna hope for Bailu and wait for Sparkle and Jiaoqiu reruns. Or possibly Sunday. But personally, I enjoy getting characters and building them for lower level people to use as support. Especially the support characters, cause people mainly want to pull for a DPS. TLDR; It also may just be guilt cause a high level mini whale person carried me with their characters, I always want to thank them cause they helped me build so many of my characters when I came back to HSR, I just fear they may block and unfriend me if I message, so I just offer built support characters to others to suffice.

I got 72 pity Feixiao, and her lc dropped at 4 pity, both on 50/50. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get Robin but the gacha gods may praise me with my perseverance

Even still Robin is the only reason I can now clear moc. I had decent acheron team... And that was It. Robin stonks go wild bc I was like 12 cycling before I got her and she put it to like 9. Adventurine made it like, 7 bc I had no limited sustains
I got blessed by Aha on this banner, i got E0S1 feixiao and E1S1 Robin from E0S0. All of that, in about 100 pulls( i had 60 plus the patch's event jades)

Im trying to get Black Swan rn bcs I already have Acheron Robin and Sparkle so Im trying to put a team comp together bcs all of the three work with Acheron pretty well.
Fei is super good with Jade they both compliments each other with their stacking mechanics. Robin is my first 5 star in hsr been a FAU player from the start.
As someone who has none of these, I'm skipping anyway and saving for future characters. If I wanted Feixiao, I would need to also pull for Robin, and I doubt my 140 tickets would be enough. Same with DoT, I would need both Kafka and Black Swan if I wanted to build that team (which I don't, but that's beside the point). I'd rather take Lingsha who will be BiS sustain for my Firefly team, and would also help my Acheron since she debuffs enemies.

Hellll no! I have Swan, but all the rest are units I must have, and skipping Kafka twice hurt my nuggets in ways you can't imagine😢
