Assalamualekum Sir Umer. I am Superintendent Law Department, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation. I appreciate your endeavors but for your information Sir Umer it is informed that Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973 are now repealed by Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020. There is no much difference between them but there are some additions in the Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020.

Aoa. Sir , agr 1 regular employee relieve ho kr kisi doosray department me joining k baad wapis apnay previous department me anaa chahay . to kia rules hein/, kindly notification number bhi mention kr dein, JAZAK ALLAH
at first stage the defunct employee will go against the order of punishment not against the department. A representation is against the order not against the department. An appeal in FST or high court will be against the department.
if a person removed from service, is he eligible for gratuity and pensionary benefits service length is 16 year.
Sir every CSP officer undergoes a departmental exam according to his group that he has to qualify in order to get promoted to a higher scale i.e. a PAS officer must go through all related revenue laws and rules for a deptt exam ahead so as to ne promoted, for your kind information. However if this all becomes a criterion for becoming a CSP officer before entry into govt servjce, it will become more fruitful.

Me govt job me hn through ppsc in BS 17 working since 5 years selected on all punjab seats. . Sir mera domicile and Id card faisalabad ka hai shuru say. Ab hum loag apna address change kar rhy hain to iska koi masla to nai hoga lekin adress hai within punjab hi

Sir your lecture is very informative but you look biased against Civil Servants. May be because you expired all your options to join civil service and now are left with no options but to censure civil servants. Please dont be so biased. All civil servants are not alike as all lawyers are not alike. Rather than cursing the CS, please be a bit formal and concentrate on the topic. Anyhow liked your lecture. Please inform me if about the remedies in detail.
