I generally don’t put them in the 2-4 boxes. I have considered it, since I attach the bells really well but am overly cautious and have chosen not to put them in the youngest boxes.

These are cute. What age category would these be for in OCC boxes? Would 2-4 be too young? Swallowing hazard?
