It's not "Most" defensive actually, Long Ball Counter is. Not only because of the defense line that more deep, but after gain posession your player will moving fast for counter. On the contrary, Long Ball actually is a more posession based. After gaining posession, your player divide on two (defense move back for support, and forwards will find position to receive the ball.
