I'm proud to be a fishy friend of yours! I hope you'll come to Sweden and taste the best we have. Mostly herring, but that is a best that really deserve the title of "Best".
Norwegian lobster is easier to spell. Looks like a dish to impress friends for dinner. One to try, haven't as yet, and you make it look easy to prepare. Mussels and pasta for dinner tonight though. Thankyou for the inspiration Bart.
No I don't throw them away either. I recently made San Francisco Chiopinio ( don't know of I spelled it right?!), it was delicious!!!! I recommend it to you all. Maybe you can show us how you would make it Bart?
Hey Bart, have you done anything with say monk, rock, or Cuttlefish? Idk if they’re sustainable but I thought maybe if you hadn’t maybe you might do one of those?
Another fantastic dish! Keep up the great work. It is so good to have your videos.
Thanks for watching again James! Glad you like it.

Sounds great Gary, I love mussels and pasta as you might know ;-). What kind of sauce did you make? Thanks for watching again!
@@Bartsfishtales We had a garlic and parsley sauce, very nice with crusty bread to mop up the sauce nothing wasted.
The shells make the most amazing seafood stock. Don't throw them away!
Great tip!
Up you go! I alway save my shells for stock. Recently made a thai prawn and noodle soup with them.

I need a napkin for all the drool coming from my mouth
Look like big crayfish.
Theyre basically that.
small lobsters.. looks like prawns
A bit of both!
Hi
i brought langoustin or dublin bay prawns . compared to prawns , it taste no where . its of no value for money . mostly shells .
That's sad to hear! Langoustines actually are full of taste. Perhaps you bought them off season. The fish meat can differ during the season.
These are NOT grilled!
As a fellow Dutch person... I love you, this recipe is great, my mouth is watering, but your English is horrible 😂😘
