Just bought mine this week after waiting 5 months! Fully loaded reg cab/short bed xlt fx4 in Atlas blue. These single cabs are pricey

Grandfather bought an XL regular cab f150 in red and the long bed with the 4.6 triton brand new for $24k in the spring of 2004 that I daily. More than double the price in 2023 😷
This brings me back to my old first gen Coyote build. It’s so crazy how much better my 10R80 truck runs today vs my old 6R80 truck. My current Coyote 10spd truck went 12.97 bone stock with 93 in the tank and goes low 11s now on stock suspension/wheels/tires with an off the shelf Whipple 3.0 kit and some E85. My old 2013 Coyote 6 speed went high 12’s with FBO and was consistently a 12.0x truck on a 100 shot. Both FX4 package short bed trucks but my 2013 was a crew cab and my current 2023 is a regular cab.

Having always owned F 250s and F350s I have always had cab roof lights and I wish they were available on the F150. Besides that I love the truck

My dream truck
I ordered mine in November and it got here early December. I have no idea how that happened since everyone else is at a 3-6 wait time. The new black housing lights look wayyyy better than the chrome ones from 21-22s.
Mine came right around high 51k with some discounts that my salesman applied towards the final price. The new 5.0 is a quick engine , blew me away since it’s stock

Question. I ordered single cab yesterday. Every available option. The dealer told me in order to get the 360 camera's I had to delete the bed camera. I watched him do the clicking. Is there a way to keep the bed camera and 360 camera's?

I love regular cab but am ordering a Supercab better fits my needs
Not sure if I'd like the black interior and also if it's cloth seats or vinyl it doesn't say exactly on ford's website
I have the 2023 Regular Cab I just got in the same config as this truck (only Area 51) the interior is nice, cloth seats are nice looking as well. They are two tone grey and black. However, I'm probably going to get Katzins because I want heated seats.

can you do a comparison between the RCSB XL and the XLT? mostly interior and other features
XLT has 8 way power driver's seat, electronic temperature control, Sirius XM with 360L plus Has Equipment 301A :) I have had a 2021, 2017 and now have a 2023 XLT RCSB
Do all xl trucks come with fog lights? I didn't see anything about it on the build n price online? Also did you paint your chrome bumper on your truck or get a different bumper? Idk if I should order an xl or xlt
Only the XLT has fog lights. The ford configurator basically will walk you thru everything.

The ones from 2018-2020 are still in the high 30s. You have to go all the way down to the 2014-2016 generation to find any decent shaped truck in the mid 20s. Good luck waiting for two generations to afford one.

If you need to looking the bed, turn your head.
How much would xl rcsb with a 5.0 RWD be? Just chrome package and whatever other package you need to get the backup camera?

Takes a lot more dinero to trick them out after the $53K.. But the 122 inch wheelbase is wonderful. 4,000 lb. aluminum lightweight truck.. Quick and agile and easy to park around town..Turns all the way around in a tight circle. ( Try parking a 4 door truck at Trader's joe with 145 inch wheelbase..) I did once and almost never got out of there. haha

Nopes, it’ll still be 2022. Different pricing etc for 2023.

I hope these trucks stay above 50k so they remain rare to see on streets.
The XL trim is very common with single cabs. But the XLT with 4x4 is more high dollar that people seem to pass on.

2021 is the change in price big time when I ordered mine. Should not have sold it. Now I ordered and bought a 2023 XLT. Same specs. But Ford went up $8,000. same truck 2 years later.

I don't care for cheap blackout trim whatsoever. For $50K, even the grille, door handles and outside mirrors should be chrome.
FX4/4WD is really not necessary unless you off-road. How much does taking that off affect the sticker?

The government has forced too many regulations on the auto makers. My 2016 silverado was utter garbage, and then a repeat again in 2018 with a tacoma. Both brand new. I know people who are having problems with nissan trucks and others who have had serious issues with ford trucks. People who are willing to let their credit rating crash because they cannot get the dealership to fix the vehicle. Its sad that things ended up this way.

Have you driven one? I have a 2023 5.0 and had a 2021 XLT 5.0 Put it in sport mode. You do not need paddle shifters. :) 3.73 gears FX4 electronic locking rear axle. Stock
