it wouldve been neat if they did the title sequences right at the end to show the whole episode was a cold opening and could be part of a different adventures they have together. although I think it was the right move to cut it as it would impact the tone of the story. however you did a good job with adding in the sequences without it looking to jarring or out of place.

If they did include a title sequence, I think I would have preferred it if the tardis actually disappeared in the first few seconds. The rest would then just be the camera going through the vortex. Just an idea, though.

i think itd be neat if you didnt include Ncuti's name as both a literal reference to the fact he disapears but also in the metaphorical sense of this being Ruby's story, not the Doctor's.

I thought they would do a more empty sequence and put Millie’s name as the top bill. Her name should have appeared first in the opening scene anyway

If they were gonna have it at all, probably would have been best at the beginning of the episode. Anywhere else, I just feel it wouldn't have worked well.

Yeah, I also feel like there shouldn't be a title sequence. The only reason I made this is because some friends suggested it!
