I have bought brezza 2022 ZXI on 15th aug. Somewhere I feel like I could think about Grand vitara... But for that, I had to pay 3 lac Rs more for similar specs and little more length. Which is alot of money. So I am happy with Brezza zxi 2022 😊

Both have their pros and cons. For me just spec comparison is not enough as there are other important intangibles such as road presence, perceived status of vehicle and value brought to owner's desires. GV for me with its better handling, longer body, road presence, all wheel disc brakes, three point seat-belts for all rear passengers, 6 air bags in two -versions and not just the top like in Brezza gives it the edge.
All TH-camrs when comparing make apple-to-apple comparisons. Let me explain. The current price of a high-end variant of the Brezza automatic is close to 18lakhs. The starting variant of Grand Vitara is priced at close to 17 lakhs and the mid variant is priced at 19.5 lakhs. Hence it makes more sense to compare Brezza top/mid variant and Grand Vitara starting variant. I feel only two things are better in Grand Vitara than Brezza, Ground Clearance (10mm more) and 50 liters of extra bot space. Not a very great difference though!
