Mihir shares how his first year in McKinsey made him feel like a failure. But eventually he learnt the ropes of consulting on the job and managed to perform. This helped him get his next job at Piramal, working with the Chairman's office.
At Piramal, Mihir was a part of the founding team that worked on Piramal Real Estate and Housing Finance. He shares how working with the Chairman can add perspective to one's life. Finally, after a few years at Piramal, Mihir is now COO at AltUni, InsideIIM's own learning platform.
