Now that is what I call stylish, and I’m not even talking about the haircut. That’s pretty good too 😂
For protein intake-I personally use eggs! They’re good to add to any meal or even by themselves (but I prefer them in soups or on bread for more carbs so I have energy to burn throughout the day). I also have cooked chicken in little pieces that I can snack on in case I get hungry that help as well! But it’s always best to try and eat three filling meals a day. And if your body is saying “I’m hungry” the odds are you need to fuel it with some nourishing food!
Probably one of the best ASMR sound quality video. Loud and clear with few background sound. It really makes it feel as if you were having the haircut. Congratulations to the team for such perfectionism in sound. Those ear-mics make the difference.

Clear, crisp audio makes this video superior to others of a similar style. My only critique is of the correlation between audio and video. So, when the attention is focused around the models left side / left ear, the audio plays through the right earbud. Congruently, the opposite is also true, that whenever attention is focussed around the models right side / right ear, the audio plays through the left earbud. Not a major critic, just an observation. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the rewatchability of your video and will use it to aid sleep going forward. Thank you.
