There are alot of people with problems in 2022 and losing sleep is the number one affect. For physical and mental healing we need sleep, these videos are somewhat a therapy method and not just sound to relax.
Fred, you really should do a camping roleplay, with like campfire sounds and maybe have like a marshmallow and tell stories, bro that would be so relaxing and peaceful.
