    Thanks in advance

    • @InDaKitchenWithRosie
      @InDaKitchenWithRosie  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry for the late reply.
      I don’t measure the salt , because everyone might make more or less. So add salt to the water to your taste it takes the guesswork out of it. The extra flour I had a cup 1/4 pound, it’s for just in case. How much water depends on how much flour u use. Have 2 cups of water on hand. Use what you need. Remember the Doug needs to be a bit stiff.

    • @InDaKitchenWithRosie
      @InDaKitchenWithRosie  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I checked online for suggestions.
      Here what I found.
      Lard and vegetable shortening have almost the same amount of fat. You can generally get away with substituting 1 cup of shortening for 1 cup lard, though you may want to add 2 extra tablespoons to your recipe. Oils are another possible lard substitute. ... Vegetable oil: Substitute 7/8 cup vegetable oil for 1 cup lard.Nov 20, 2019
