Your vivariums are impressive 😍especially the dendrobates viv, I just love the overgrown look. Hissing cockaroaches are cuties, held one last year and my favourite would be the ghost mantis, does yours have a name? I'm defnitely getting an orchid mantis someday because I love orchids and bugs 😂. I actually shuddered when the clip of the mourning geckos came up I have to skip lol, I have irrational fear of geckos 😬 but I've watching lots of gecko content to alleviate my fear of them. Over all great video 😍
ARC Exotics there aren’t really any cons, mourning geckos are nocturnal and dart frogs are diurnal so they never see eachother and mourning geckos eat up any left over fruit flies :)
Isaac Swift yeah I was thinking the diet for both would be perfect ! Only thing that would worry me slightly is one of my mournings tend to lay eggs very close to the bottom , would the darts jeopardise the eggs ? And what species are dart would be suitable ? Recommend ?
ARC Exotics I do feed my mourning geckos crested gecko diet as well which is a powder you mix with water and mine haven’t laid eggs yet but I’m sure you would be able to get them out without a problem. Also I’d stay away from putting thumbnail dart frogs in with mourning geckos just in case bc they are so small and would lean towards either terriblilis or any of the dendrobates which are bigger :)

@@isaacswift8950 I'm into ball pythons myself, but I recently started looking into dart frogs as well, which is how I stumbled upon your channel. One vote for more dart frog content, especially if you start breeding them.
I’m not sure about the electrical cost but it wouldn’t be much I don’t think. Dendrobates leucomeulus (bumblebee dart frogs) are noisy but dendrobates tinctorius (the ones in the video) aren’t at all :)

I’m not sure about the electrical cost but it wouldn’t be much I don’t think. Dendrobates leucomeulus (bumblebee dart frogs) are noisy but dendrobates tinctorius (the ones in the video) aren’t at all :)
