Lake Norman was as stained as I ever seen it and I usually struggle when its less than 3ft of visibility. But the first hour of daylight was great. Bass came of rocks with a bomber model a red crawl color. Water was way cleaner in McCrary creek but no bites. Water is warming up and fish are biting

Norman is a good winter lake two years ago on this day I had a junk boat and couldn't go far I got lucky they were biting close to the ramp
