I want to get rid of the beep noise when you press a button. At 0:50, I take off the black cylindrical part on the lower left only or also the smaller gray cylindrical to it's upper right that has holes in it and resembles a speaker?
I was able to get a free used B451. I took it apart to clean it up..it looks much like the U300. I noticed on the fanwheel it has a couple small metal clips attached on two of the "blades" of the flywheel. sometimes it seems to make a whirring sound.. i ran it without the flywheel and did not notice the sound. do all the machines have these clips on the plastic wheel or i wonder if previous owner used that to try and make it more quiet? thanks again!
You mentioned the UVC lights. a few years ago i bought a used "hi tech air reactor" it has 2 uv lights but pads on either sides "reactor pads" that are supposed to make hydrosols I think to destroy mycotoxins. have you ever seen that machine? It costs way too much money.. in my opinion.. but I could probably use the uv lights to do what you mention without the filters and with the lid off. QUESTION: since uvc light is dangerous for your eyes?? what kind of eye shields does one need? and does all UVC light make ozone? thanks .. UVC light is blocked by ordinary glass, even plastic but you dont want your skin to be exposed to uvc radiation so you can't be in the same room when the light is on. Buy one with ozone and one ozone free (even philips certified uvc light will produce small amount of ozone so you have to ventilate). The ozone one you will use it once a week for short period of time, the ozone free you can use it every day for lets say half an hour. The space where the light will be used will be sterile. Get something like this for a start, it's cheap and it works and get one with ozone. (Look for good reviews and orders and check the shipping method (those suggested days are accurate, most of amazon and ebay stuff that are selld are resold from aliexpress for double the price. I wonder why the link wont even show me the product ? I realized last nite I have this little aqua ozone machine that i had forgotten about. I am not sure it can do a very large area..but i ran it in the bathroom today and it was pertty strong.
@@ThePopTartKids remove everything and just disconnect the wires from the plasma wave...or cut them..it's simple, unscrew, cut or disconnect and that is it.

Buy UVC light that produces ozone (it is dangerous so watch out). Put the bulb in the middle of the room and close everything. Let it shine for 1 hour. Than when you enter the room don't breathe just turn it off and open all windows. Ozone is toxic!!! Let it ventilate for couple of hours. Repeat every week and it will be more sterile than an operating room. My country house was always smelling bad (mold like). After doing thing for 1 time only the smell disappeared. 25 years the house smelled the same, now 2 years has passed and it doesnt smell on anything. For better results if you dont live there, let it shine more and don't ventilate for longer. I bet you if there is mold or stuff growing on the walls it will die. Also any bugs you have they will die...

For the air purifier, get an air ourifier if you are in enclosed room, bigger the air cleaner better! If you have always a window open don't get a purifier...
@@micinum thank you again! the apartment i live in is 100 years old..so there are leaks I am sure. when wild fire season came in 2020 the air was bad for a very long time here.. and inside air was not good either. I couldnt open the windows. prior to that i would try to have 1 window open a few inches on either side of apartment to get a cross breeze.. but that isn't always an option.

Mine is acting up and this is the only vid I could find of it though I have a different model. The fan motors are kind of pricey though.

those clips are for balancing the wheel. if you already remove them and dont know the exact location where they ware better not put them back.

The corona pins are very dirty on the high voltage nodule.
the u300 should have 5 filters instead of 3 in the video, where are the other 2 filters?
Its false marketing, go to any retailer and check...the other 2 are bio coatings not actual filters
