I’m excited about support class but I can’t really think of many characters I’d want to be added that could fit the class theme. Maybe kitty pryde, sue storm?
My take : Alpha Flight Strategist : Shaman . Mechanic : Path of spirits . Turns allies invisible for a duration + speed boost . Position tool only , as it is not possible to deal dmg while in stealth mode Guardian : Sasquatch . Passive : Able to absorb dmg up to certain amount ( to a point when it reverses the transformation ) dmg taken is changed into dmg boost and stacks for an Agility ressource Duelist : Northstar / Aurora as 1 character . Passive : Jump initiates Flight . Flight duration & acceleration depending on a ressource feed by dmg dealt / time ( slower way to charge) . Ultimate allow the user to swap between the twins Team Ups : Shaman + Sasquatch . Ice Storm . Speed boost with a bit of freeze on 1rst hits , can re-trigger stealth when not dealing dmg as long as the character stays in the Storm 's AOE . Extra duration as long as dmg is dealt
I see your train of thought on the Spidey Villains and I'm here with you. It's not unlike Batman villains always having a good quarter of any game roster. When the character is so huge, naturally the prominent villains will too and I think they are valid in taking up slots. Never thought about Sandman, but in seeing how well they've executed movement in this game, I'm for it. Could see Carnage and Anti-Venom as alt skins for Venom. Could see Black Cat down the line too.
Good suggestions so far. Dazzler is an interesting choice and one with a powerset that is fun to play with. Her turning sound to lazers ability has been used in interesting ways over the years. She's soloed Black Bolt in the right circumstances. I'm just waiting patiently for the likes of Captain Marvel. Ready to go Binary.
Some characters that would provide excellent gameplay opportunities. Blink(X-Men) - An Age of Apocalypse timeline character with a support based teleport? Takes a well loved but obscure character with cool abilities and a cool design and gives them their big break. Gambit - For those who watch X-Men '97, you know why. Daredevil - Other than being a beloved character with a show returning on Disney+, he's got a very interesting set of abilities that can give the team important information with the agility and close to mid-range options to make him a diving the backline nightmare. Spider-Woman - I know there are a lot of spider people but Jessica Drew is a bit unique. She can glide, has a stunning attack(both ranged and otherwise), high agility, support and debuff powers and a wide variety of cool costumes to choose from. Mysterio - May also function as an alt skin for Loki but I feel that, done right, he has it all. A crazy, over the top design, an outside the box power set, a cult following and a tone that be both incredibly scary and hilariously silly. Taskmaster - A power replicating villain with a cool design? Yes please. Bullseye - A scary villain that specializes at range with a legendary comic history and alternative costumes that include but are not limited to Dark Hawkeye. Perfect fit. Dani Moonstar - A New Mutant with a bow and illusion powers. A lesser known character to the general audience with a storied history in the comics. Bishop - An X-Man from a future timeline with a gun and the ability to absorb and redirect energy. The combo potential alone makes him worth checking out.
I would personally like to see blade I feel like you could be a drunk or queen style tank where he has lower health than all the others but his attacks inflict bleed that he heals off of
I think there are multiple Teamups for some but specific for others. For instance Namor has a turret for his teamup power but Luna freezes his turret for her teamup so maybe Storm can team up with Namor electrifying the turret too.

I hope Marvel Rivals has cross progression. I'd love to jump between my PS5 & Xbox Series X to play this and carry over all of my progression (level stats/unlocks etc). I don’t know what the classes for all the characters invisible woman would make a great defense character. Daredevil would make a great scout/navigator and Captain Marvel would be a great tank
I’m terribly concerned about Netease, played a handful of there games lots of micro transactions, and yeah that’s pretty normal for most games now, it’s just different when they got a bad reputation for it

For support id like jessica jones and kitty pride. For jessica maybe a private eye ability that allows you to target someone and have them take more damage. Kitty some sort of support where she can make a teammate untouchable. For damage I want x23 as a very fast attacking and moving melee, jubilee as some sort of ranged attacker, and task master with an ability that acts like kirby: target an enemy and steal one of their abilities to use till you die or get it beaten out of you For defense i want emma frost with her diamond form for defense, and ms marvel with light walls Characters i want but cant think of a category: dormmamu, nightcrawler, rogue, gambit, blink, carnage
Nightcrawler is my number one wishlist character. Being able to teleport everywhere and slash enemies with his swords would be so fun.

Yeah, character’s aren’t behind a paywall….but you better play 158 hours to unlock him….
Obviously it's gonna be paid and free currency. So get them immediately or grind for free currency
