i'm still waitin for the day kog will rework herrscher or fix the need of ruler of the abyss or at least just buff his base skill dmg without ROA and buff his mana regain for his multihit skill.... to this day i still shed tears everytime i play herrscher and look at how much pots i used lol....
He uses a lot less pots than CeT does I say his mana consumption is pretty good HR damage is little to be desired tho I hope they give him a damage buff
Switch to Richter if u can. Played for several months herrscher after big brake and he is weak without extremely good gear. With last event I could switch to richter and he is waaaaaay better. U might want to try erbluhen don't know anything about him

Putichan Yeyowo ima ain 1 trick ive played all, and to me richters play style is bland and cheap but thats just my opinion
