In the music video for the song "Samurai" we can see Frank Peterson playing on the Emulator II. However, in studio conditions from 1987 to 1999, Michael Cretu used the Oberheim DPX-1 for EII sounds. Sometimes EII samples were edited using the AudioFrame system. For example, the iconic Shakuhachi sound, from which Michael cut a small fragment of the transient attack.
