Since I was traveling from out of state, this team was graciously provided by the Nelsons. On top of that, finding female contractors, while not impossible, is definitely challenging. But I’m all for women contractors… like my dear friend Leah from See Jane Drill… she’s a real trailblazer in women in the trades! 💕

I'm here to watch NataLee, honestly never heard of not enough Nelsons. In my family I had an Aunt & Uncle that had 7 kids, the oldest daughter had to help raise her younger siblings. She grew up bitter and never wanted kids of her own. Made me feel so sad for my cousin. I've heard similar stories from other people in similar circumstances. Quite sad.

I had a bad experience in St . George years ago. They refused me service or rude. It was a beautiful area. Glad Salt Lake City they aren’t like that. Where you are staying looks amazing. Zion park was so amazing.

My English mother in law makes a batch every other year. She puts it in a ceramic bowl covered with a cloth into boiling water. Then we eat one and she stores the second in the fridge until the following year. She serves it with Birds Eye custard. It’s definitely a required taste. Lol
