My exhaust setup:
2.5” into 3” Stainless Steel Y-Pipe (Z1 Motorsports)
OEM / Stock Midpipe
2.5” Manzo Axle Back (Resonated Version)
The total for my exhaust was a bit more only because I paid $120 more for the Z1 Y-Pipe. You can just buy the $100 Y-Pipe from eBay, I used to have that one, but my car is too low and I kept messing up the flex pipes on it Lol, so I bought a Z1 y pipe only because there is not flex pipes on their Y-Pipe design! (350Z/G35/370Z/G37 all share the same aftermarket Y-Pipes!!!) If your car isn’t slammed really low on the ground, I recommend getting a Stainless 2.5”-3” Y-Pipe from eBay! Sounds the same, same material, same HP/TQ! Again I used to have one, was amazing! My car is just too low, kept messing it up.

I've been wanting to get a new car for a while, and after spotting the G-Series Infiniti lineup, I think I'm gonna save up and get one. These look really good, and they're actually pretty quick for what they are. This setup is something I'll have to bookmark.

Didn’t quite “gain” power, but it did allow for more airflow which free’d up some power.

@@edgar7165 yeah it is plenty loud on the outside but the inside drones a little bit because i got the isr y pipe instead of the z1 one but honestly if you like a single exit better i would get the megan racing 12” extension and get an isr 370z resonated single exit

Do you need an adapter to go from the 3" y pipe back to the 2.5" midpipe? This is where I'm confused.
Nope, bolts right up. No adapter needed!
I have a similar setup, but with long tube headers. I had a nasty leak where the y pipe bolts up to the mid pipe. Was able to pick up an adapter from isr and it fixed the leak.

I have that same axle back on mine just without the z1 y pipe so I think the y pipe helps a lot

@@johncanter3556 it was installed on my car when I bought it, but it’s a Manzo axle back. but honestly you could probably get the same sound out of any aftermarket axle back
@@johncanter3556 there’s a lot of options for axle back some I would recommend are J2, beluga racing, megan racing, top speed

This bolt on axle back exhaust does not, would have to weld some customs pipes for a G35 coupe.

Bc coils are true coils, how you running swifts with those?
Swift & BC are partners I think. When I ordered mine I bought the “Extreme Low” option which I then went & added Swift springs. They allow you to choose any spring rate you’d like as well with those. Took about a month for them to be made & shipped out. Once they arrive to they are already put together, they would then only need to be installed.
