Andre is a true success. He is a hall of famer. As he enjoys life in his retirement, he should be content with his past. He lived life to the fullest, and did many benevolent things for people. He is in the top 5 best tennis players of all time.
Buy his book "Open"...........tells a story almost too unbelievable to be true about Andre's childhood. Amazing, tortured childhood pushed by his father, but he made it all the while hating the game of tennis. His dad took 'game' out of the equation and Andre still stuck with it. Amazing person, very likable, quality guy........get the book people. This video is superficial, but still interesting!
Good question, good point. And yes, too few people read books these days. If they did, they wouldn't give such superficial opinions on topics they're not knowledgable about. I can state for a fact that it's difficult to appreciate Agassi's intelligence and sort of tortured childhood, unless his book "Open" has been read. The story about the big bet at age 9 vs Jim Brown was worth the price of the book, right there !!! AMAZING story.
What song is the first 28 seconds from? I listened to Rebel Rebel and didnt hear it in there. I ask because its haunted me ever since i heard the same clip from an Evel Knievel documentary as a kid.
well he was quiet popular all over the world i remember we guys at that time we were teenage and we used to try to impress him not just the way he used to play but also his way used to dress and so forth for sure has been an influence person
Andre Agassi is my favorite tennis player of all time.

Well yeah, imagined if he actually liked tennis when he was younger, it would have inspired him to even greater heights.

I would say much more.
Wonderful players
@drwood04
he is in Federer's league. i think he even had more potential them Fed. He just wasn't as dedicated.

omg thanks for posting!
"He had wonderful hair, its ironic now that he has no hair"
..its ironic now that he admitted it was a wig
Well, Agassi hit just under a million balls a year from the age of 9 so that lack of dedication statement you make is simply conjecture.
Do you think *any* of the people commenting have or will? All are quick to critique but how many have even tried to understand Agassi's perspective?
All those who say Nick Kyrgios is a rebel... Nah! man only true rebels win 8 grand slams and one olympic gold medal!
Whats the name of the first music?
Sandstorm by Darude
Would be nice if they talked more about the tennisplayer Andre than the womensman Andre. I came for the tennis. Not to see how girls loved him.
+loch70 Thanks for the heads up. I'm not even going to waste my time.

WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS HAIR NOW????
algum brasileiro poderia fazer a caridade de traduzir?
He is typically Iranian. Long live IRAN. Javid SHAH.
@tqsuited
it wasn't a wig, he had weaves.
Greatest player of all time my ass, hosed by Rafa BIG time, it's time to dispell this goat myth once and forever.
Unique ? Bjorn Borg was the original long haired blonde , and he was better
Sorry but if men said those things about a woman player they'd be labeled pig , sexist , misogynist , ....
maybe one of the most liked tennis players of all time. Not best lol.
