I was doing this meditation since last few days, Today when i was doing this meditation, I felt calmness and peace inside me and I felt like something is expanding inside me. I did this meditation today evening also... while sitting in home balcony, surrounded by plants and sunshine on my face....i really felt the upliftment and energy boost..... after that I felt very quiet in mind and thoughts..... thank you ....❤
🌻My current state = Prani Dhana + Ananda Hum + Kritajna Hum + Karuna Hum + Samprati Hum🌻 I am in a state of blissfulness and gratitude. I want to continue to be in this state. After doing the meditation, all tiredness, and negative energies are gone. Today I actually understand the meaning of staying calm in a bustling environment. This meditation creates waves in my body. Its really helpful to release all negative thoughts. The moment you say to accept all the positive energy from mother earth i dont know why but my stomach starts feeling anxiety, like butterflies in stomach,,what would be the reason for it?
My dear Juhi ....it's a simple rule of meditation that don't judge whatever is happening during meditation... just observe, it be aware of it and let energy do it's work .it's always better to surrender yourself during meditation

It's normal in meditation Komal so not to worry about it As you are pregnant continue this meditation everyday without any expectation completely in neutral state Do not expect anything just observe whatever is happening with meditation and after meditation
