Ear fish if you like it take multi vitamins daily and walk in park daily.
B vitamins can really really help with mental health issues. I had horrible anxiety with lots of physical symptoms, and I prayed and asked God to give me a solution. I felt led to read back through an old prayer journal of mine. In it, I was grateful for taking B vitamins because it helped with my anxiety. I had completely forgotten how much they had helped me in the past. I started taking them, and I have been soooo much better. I truly hope that they can help you too ❤❤❤

I remember a time when I wondered and asked God if I had missed his will for my life (I had violently been attacked) I went in the back yard and sat down in a chair. Having been traumatized really bad due to that attack, I saw a possum right close to me and the lord said "be still". I froze in the position I was in and all these thoughts went through my mind. First of all I was really scared this possom with his teeth showing was going to jump up at my neck
My thoughts were, I wonder how long I'm going to have to sit here. I wonder if He's going to tell me what to do, I wonder if I should run. Then I saw the Spirit of the lord on the possom and the possom walked away from me.

How are things going for you now? I've been in a waiting season and through this whole time I've wondered how it's going to work out, and it seems like the solution is just a pipe dream. It's an odd and sometimes terrifying feeling. Just curious to see if anyone can relate or give any insight.
@@viawilderness Hi :) I am still in the waiting season. And I believe we go through different seasons of waiting. Kinda reminds me of the Israelites going through many places of wilderness before arriving to the promised land. You may be in a season right now and God may bring you to the next new season of waiting that is different than before but the good thing about it is God teaches us something new through each season and new things begin to unfold each time and You are definitely growing even though you don’t feel it. I have had countless times where I feel like giving up already and just forget everything but God has countless ways of reminding me His promise as well just like how this comment reminded me of what I wrote here last year. I’m reminded of where I started and how far God has brought me already. So let us not quit! And trust the process. God is doing something amazing behind the scenes. Enjoy your waiting season. :)

Delay is not Deny.. Wait on the Lord He will come through for you.. Stress makes us believe that things should happen right now.. But faith assures us that things will happen..If God say .He will do it then you believe it. Get out of the emotional state and get in the faith dimension and give God thanks in advance.
