Till this day, people still eating raw eggs. They put it in their shakes. They have their reason to eat them raw, same as you have your reason not to consume raw eggs. So tell me what should I say. Everyone has their reason what to do and what not to be. It is all up to that person interest. This is a discussion I don't want to get into it. You decide what is good for you and what is not.

I guess you probably don't need this answer anymore after 8 months (and Michael already responded you) but as I had the same question too when I wanted to bake some other thing and it uses raw egg so I did a bit of searching and found the answer. I think adding a note here might be beneficial for other people who will come across your comment later. Basically, raw eggs may contain a type of pathogenic bacteria called Salmonella. It will make you sick (you can search for that). In some countries e.g. US, you have option to use pasteurized eggs which passed through the process that killed the bacteria and made the eggs safe to be consumed raw. Also in some countries like in Europe where there are a good control policy & procedures on how they keep track and manage chickens in the farm to reduce risk of Salmonella. You might be able to trust that process as it has reduce the risk for you but you should only buy eggs from a certified farm etc. Outside of that, I would say it is at your own risk.
And one more thing I wanted to say you. After seeing your way of work I'm also doing like you.. without any hurry very neat clean and etc.. I like you very much
