Ken Amber totally, I was recently watching two other "sitcoms". Namely everybody hates Raymond and The office. And what I fimd annoying is , int ELR, the dysfunction is the joke, and like friends, it works under the pretence that such behaviour isnt horrible. Then there is The office, with the office, you constantly have to pull yourself back when triggered and say, "this isnt actually true. People arent that shitty." and it takes away from the relatability. Like, I WANT to root for the characters, but I can never bring myself to. B99 is so nice and wholesome,sure, it has questionable comedy, but it's not on the same level of rudeness
The future of comedy? Wasn't that said about Arrested Development or Curb Your Enthusiasm? And this show is so similar to Parks and Rec. And yeah Gina, Charles, Scully and Hitchcok are super realistic, uhuh.
