How To Fix PowerShell Has Stopped Working or Not Opening In Windows 10

In this video tutorial, I will show you guys how to fix Microsoft Windows PowerShell has stopped working or not opening problem in your Windows 10 computer.
Sorry I have forget to mention open CMD as a administrator to run sfc /scannow command.
So please make sure that you have run your Windows 10 CMD as administrator otherwise sfc command will not work.
