a messy desk means an active person. My desk is only clean when i dont use it. It dosent have to be organized or clen, it should be to your comfort :))

ps coconut oil is great for hair, use it like a mask treatment, leave it in and keep it warm wash your hair as normal. or asnormal hair oil.
I personally wouldn’t use it as a hair oil. She has fine texture straight hair so it might be to heavy. Target has some good hair oils too
you can use coconut oil for your hair and skin too if you want to use is up🙂🙃
also there’s a method called oil pulling where u swish a spoonful of the oil for 30 seconds before brushing your teeth and it has a lot of good benefits like teeth whitening and better gum health!!

Idk how you feel about supplements but I 10/10 recommend ZMAs. They help with sleeping and muscle recovery so your soreness can pass quicker. I box and used to powerlift and swear by them.
