I have only been drinking home made lattes ever since I gave up sugar, it soothes my sweet tooth, the sweetness of the milk is enough. Using a French press is just fine as long as you warm up the milk and cream. A mixture of milk and cream works best, just don't let it get too hot in the microwave, 30 seconds would do.
I think I will be totally okay with the coffee turning out to be this much frothy, with or without the art. lol. Thanks for this method. Gonna try this.
Hay varias maneras, en un jarro metálico con pico, tetera con cuello de cisne, olla pequeña con antiadherente, etcétera, todas ellas para calentar en estufa u hornilla eléctrica oh a gas, importante: no dejar hervir la leche.
Ouch, sorry to say but you should do this the other way around. I can give you a better way to do it, and I have not even made a latte before. I am going off your measurements. Pour 50 mi cold milk into a glass, and then add coffee, stir as much as possible. Heat up 150 ml of milk and pour water into that milk, add both to the cold milk and stir and enjoy. When you pour hot liquid onto the coffee it destroys the coffee beans, hence using cold milk first.
1. Coffee doesn't mix well with cold milk 2. You can't burn anything with 90 degree hot water lol, although the heat will cus the coffee to be more bitter 3. To solve that I usually use lukewarm water to dissolve the coffee before adding milk 4. Yr weird method might work but you ain't gonna get good foam and latte art, in fact yrs gonna be a regular coffee instead of latte since you destroyed the foam
No more Starbucks for me! I can now make my own Oatmilk Latte and it’s better than Starbucks! This recipe is spot on. Thank you
surprisingly it tastes really really good!^^
Your video made me realize I’ve been using WAY too little milk and that’s why I get nothing but foam 🤦🏻♂️ lol thank you!
